  • 4 Colour Photographs of the wedding ceremony of Bride with the Groom (Husband and Wife)
  • All the above documents along with the original +1 attached xerox or photocopy

Witness Documents required for Marriage Certificate Procedure

  • 2 Witness Proof of ID and Present Address (PAN Card and Aadhaar Card is must of witness)
  • The witness should preferably not be an immediate blood relative and should have attended the marriage.
  • The witness should be above 18 years.

  • Groom ID Proof (PAN Card or Birth Certificate or SSC Board Certificate)
